Fireside Cuisine

It's a great addition to the neighborhood, featuring curry and jerk dishes, fried chicken, seafood, pork and beef ribs, and several types of soup. Drinks include sodas, fruit juices and ginger beer/ginger and sorrel. The portions are good, the space is very clean, and the owner is very friendly and interested in engaging with customers. Wayne, the owner of FireSide Cuisine has been cooking for over 20 years. His cooking roots extend from Bath Fountain in Jamaica. His favorite dishes to prepare is Ackee and Salt Fish and homemade Rasta Pasta.</div>
