There aren't many times I've been to an establishment that has earned a maximum score from my perspective. As a process improvement specialist I tend to be extremely critical. However, there are times when you consistently patronize a place and you're comfortable with your initial thought. That's the case here. Hue is one of the few on my list of preferred restaurants. The staff are always pleasant. The food has always been delightful. I happily take others for their first visit so they have the pleasure of experiencing the same. If you're considering a visit, just go...you will not be disappointed. If you need a recommendation for dishes, well I'm fond of the Shrimp Po' Boy, Lentil burger, and Hue Wings; and you can't have either of those without a side of potatoes 😋 ... oh, dessert? The Banana Pudding or Coconut cookies are a must!
