We are also located within the Black Arts and Entertainment District of Baltimore, Maryland. </div><div>Capital Lounge will celebrate its 13th year in business April 2020. We are known for our Crab Night Happy Hours, Celebrity Stuffed Baked Potatoes, and our mouth watering Fried Fish Dinners. We pride ourselves in creating a great atmosphere that keeps the "Family" coming back. </div>
