Chez Omar located on the West Side Highway is Omar Walters second restaurant in Manhattan. This time he brings Jamaica to Paris. His raw bar is something to desire. But for me the best is the Steak Au Piovre the sauce can be bottled and sold on its own how flavorful it is.
