Good food, tasty drinks, fair prices. Ambience was on point. Very small space, but that adds to the charm. Gives speak easy vibes very nice.
Mangoseed is a hidden speakeasy located in the back of a bicycle store in Brooklyn NY. I was so confused when I first walked in like where is the restaurant lol. Very cute & cozy small intimate setting. They have a live Di who was playing great old a new school music. The food was so delicious with mouth watering flavors that had me going bite after bite. The customer service was top tier. My favorite was the fish tacos. It's salmon that's flavorful & spicy, in a corn tortilla topped with cabbage & guacamole, chipotle aioli. The chicken and waffles were amazing the chicken was seasoned to perfection and the waffle were thick, fluffy & moist. The fall in love drink was amazing it literally taste like a apple pie The Flatbush wings were had a sweet, smoky & spicy flavor. The quad mac was seasoned very well and had lots of cheese with a nice cheese pull.
Came here for Sunday brunch and got the oxtail & grits, waffles, wings & Jerk Salmon Shaksuka. Everything was amazing!
The service was excellent from before we came in. The servers were friendly and helpful. We ordered the South American Pizza for starters. We are pizza conosieurs, and this is some of the BEST PIZZA in Brooklyn...hands down. We ordered the alfredo pasta with jerk chicken and the jerk salmon entreé. They were flavorful in every bite. We caught happy hour and ordered the red sangria, guava margarita, and rum punch. Everything was tasty and strong enough to do the job. We will be back! There are six more pizzas to try
