The Chicago Caribbean Carnival takes over the Midway Plaisance for an all-day, all-ages celebration of Afro-Caribbean culture — a carnival parade at noon plus music, masquerade bands, and dedicated Caribbean food vendor and food truck programming from 10 AM to 9 PM. Free — RSVP via Eventbrite.
