We provide catering and pop up vending services in Long Island and the surrounding NYC areas. Part of our mission is to provide our community with an upscale Caribbean experience, one bite at a time. From the traditional Trini street food favorites like Doubles and Roti, we cater to your Trini food fix! We also take an innovative approach to some of the popular street foods and put our own little twist on them. Perhaps you are having an event and want your guests to just have a taste of Trini food without too much commitment? Try our Mini Doubles-a crowd favorite!&nbsp;<br><br>We also provide private chef experiences where we can cook onsite at your home or event venue. We also have our food truck. The FIRST exclusively Trinidadian food truck to hit the Long Island food truck scene.
