The customer service was SO GOOD. They were so kind and nice to talk to and it seemed like they knew the names of every customer. I think we’ll be regulars too! Coffee was also amazing. One of Seattle’s best for sure!

Haven’t been to the new location but I always enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the Union location. Employees are great people and very accommodating. I take the kids I nanny here when I need a caffeine boost. They have a great play area for the young ones.
