Went in for the first time and the shop had a beautiful space and nice coffee bar. Waited in line for 15+ minutes with 1 person in front of me and 2 behind. Baristas never greeted anyone who walked in the door or let us know they would get our order shortly. The people behind me left after 10 minutes and baristas just went about their day. Pride in business is important, and it lacks here at this point. Coffee is affordable, and I am going to try again soon.
