Though born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Jon’s roots stem further south to the Carolinas and Jamaica and he brings his rich heritage to every dish.<br>Jon attended Howard University in Washington DC, majoring in Business with an emphasis in Hotel/Motel Management. While working full-time in sales for companies like the Washington Post and Bell Atlantic, he honed his skills meeting and exceeding client expectations.<br>Jon fashions himself not only as a caterer, but a “food designer” – creating not only delicious and decadent dishes, but visually pleasing presentations with uncompromising quality and attention given to every detail and nuance.<br>We pride ourselves in offering gracious, honest, and reliable service.
