1 visit and decided to probably never go back. Wanted reservations for Girls Sunday. Staff stopped corresponding in the middle of trying to reserve. Still arrived on Sunday and was told we actually NEEDED reservations. So we decided to wait at the bar until a table opened and the other 2 from the party of 4 arrived (they were actually there but circling the blocks trying to park because the parking is NULL AND VOID). Waitress then said (not asked) that she needed the 2 seats I’m holding (mind you I can see my friend walking down the street to the restaurant) because 2 men had arrived and “had seat reservations for THE BAR”! Like, what? Since when can you reserve seats AROUND THE BAR? So I said my friend was walking in now and the waitress then started speaking to 2 other employees LITERALLY STANDING BEHIND ME and stated that she needed the chairs because they were packed and “SHE claims her party walking in so SHE don’t wanna f* moved”, ARE U SERIOUS?!?! So my friend walked in within 30 seconds and after downing a weak OVER PRICED Lemon Drop, we decided it was best to just go to a “regular” restaurant and headed to a damn Olive Garden. Sad to say, the experience there was MUCH BETTER even starting in the parking lot until the end of dinner than the short time spent in this establishment.. it’s funny how “our places” want to thrive in our community but don’t even have the basics of “customer service” down pack yet. And please don’t add in the 15-18% automatic gratuity! Our tips normally end up being much more than the “automatically included” gratuity but we’re all for tipping less when the service is sub par or not even rating at a 1…when you know better I guess you do better, smh…
