It’s refreshing to have healthy options in the Black community. Food shouldn’t just be filling or just flavorful. It should have great flavor and benefit our bodies. That’s what I like about this place!

Was in town over a long weekend and went several times. Thoroughly enjoyed the Brussels sprouts nachos ate them too quickly to take a photo; also had the incredible blackened salmon salad and fresh delicious avocado toast, may return to KC, MO just to visit Ruby Jean’s! Wish they had an airport location😅🤞🏾
