<div>About Chef Kev</div><div>Kevin 'Chef Kev' Ashade is a French-trained culinary professional from the world-renowned Culinary Institute of America in New York. Born in Dallas, TX, Chef Kev spent his early childhood in the U.K. and Nigeria before returning to the U.S. After high school he went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in culinary arts management from CIA. Chef Kev then returned to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and worked in a number of restaurants including Craft at the W Hotel, Nana at the Hilton Anatole, and The Oceanaire Seafood Room among others.</div>
