I noticed a need in the community for a spot where people were looking for shakes and an outlet to get healthy.<br><br>We're an independent nutrition club located a few blocks away from the town hall. One of the few spots in the area serving healthy nutrition. We aren't your average coffee shop. Here we host a variety of activities including karaoke and game night. In addition to this, we offer nutrition programs with FREE coaching for those interested in improving their physique. You will fall in love with our delicious low-calorie energy teas, shakes and coffees.</div>

The teas and protein bowls are my fav!!! Anthony is great and so knowledgeable. The beautiful outside area is my new fav "social distant" workspace.
