Her dessert training began decades ago when she would help her beloved mother, Josephine “Ma” Smith in her catering business. JoAnn learned first-hand the importance of quality food, served with southern hospitality and charm.</strong></div><div><strong><br>Ma Smith's Dessert Café, customers will have the chance to sample and find new favorites.
