Grind Coffee and Tea Bar was founded in 2018 after the unfortunate incident at a Starbucks in Philadelphia, where two African American men were arrested while waiting on a colleague to arrive, but not purchasing anything.&nbsp; At that point our founder decided she could no longer support Starbucks, as Starbucks did not support people who looked like her. L.A.
