Food is usually good, but sometimes they miss the mark. I think it depends on who's in the kitchen and working the floor that day

I’m gonna assume that this was an off night. Nothing was seasoned except the chicken and they were only seasoned with salt and pepper. We had four different entrées and not naya one of them was good. At least season the shrimp with garlic, old bay or something. A soul food restaurant with no soul. We gotta do better.
Short wait time. I ordered shrimp and grits. I wasn't expecting gravy, but still very pleasant to eat. I also ordered a waffle and very good.
My wife order chicken and waffles and I ordered Chicken and French toast! Both were delicious.
