His new home wasn’t short of much, but there was one thing he missed -- the classic, Creole cooking he grew up on. It wasn’t long before Percy and his wife Sallie opened up a po-boy shop on Scott Street. Once they started serving perfectly seasoned fried chicken using family recipes straight from New Orleans, the rest was history.</div>
