I was able to get an reservation at one of the most exciting restaurant in New Orleans,#dakarnola. I was hesitant to sit at a communal table with strangers, but at the end of dinner, our table was the loudest, fun table and the last to leave. The James Beard nominated chef from West Africa Senegal, took us on a 7 course meal inspired by his homeland and French influenced techniques with flavors, textures and passion that creates an exciting culinary journey. The staff, excellent hospitality and the chef was very engaging. It was a wonderful start of my adventures in New Orleans.
