<div>About&nbsp;<br>Dat Creole Soul was born from the passion of “The Boss”&nbsp; Hampton Isom. After roaming the globe, first as a professional basketball player (can’t teach tall y’all!) and later as a flight attendant with Alaska Airlines, The Boss had a dream to bring his love of Cajun Cuisine to the Pacific Northwest. And despite all the naysayers, and through the two skills he learned growing up in Louisiana, sweat'n and work'n hard, The Boss has built one of the finest food trucks the Seattle area has seen. Whether he’s setting up shop at Seattles annual festivals, catering a family reunion, or just cook'n his hometown favorites down on Pine St., when you see the truck, you’ll know some of the best spoon'n&nbsp; is definitely done in the kitchen.</div>
