You tell me. I walk in & find a woman looking at a screen. I am Ignored. I sit dwn to read the menu. Guy2 (delivery drvr) walk’s in. Ignored. Guy3 walks in. Ignored. She looks up & goes to retrieve food that was ready. THEN she finds out what guy2 wants. I am disappointed in the witnessed service. No greeting at all to any of us - even guy2. I leave.
MY experience starts when I walk in. If you cannot greet me, how can you really serve me? This is a SERVice.
I usually give 2 chances. I may try again after I dissolve this bad “taste” with a biz that wants my $.
Food is delicious. Ordered 3 times in one week. Quality of the food and service were great every time. Oh and the cheesecakes are everything! I'm working my way through the menu. I tried 2 so far and they did not disappoint. Definitely recommend! Hoping they'll be able to re-open the sit down restaurant part in the future. Preferably in the Penrose plaza. 😉 I'm tired of all the fast food places over there.
