I want to shout out the team working in the store yesterday morning. They really made my day. I had this date I wanted to bring there and my man working the register was nice enough to set the vibe ( Groove Theory, Badu, etc.) and really be of service to me for the assist. Unfortunately my date never showed but I still had an amazing experience anyway. The BLT was 馃敟馃敟馃敟 and I really appreciated the message on my little love potion drink. Definitely coming back to get some more tea, probably with another date 馃槀
Whether you鈥檙e new or a regular, be sure to be open about how you feel that day, rather than trying to read the whole menu yourself. The staff, with deep knowledge of the botanical properties of their product, takes great care in guiding selections to healthy products (most without difference in price). My best example is that during my pregnancy, even when I begged for caffeine-heavy drinks instead, they gently convinced me otherwise. After I delivered the baby, they noticed that I no longer appeared pregnant, & celebrated with a warmed M茅nage 脿 Trois cookie, which raised my breastmilk production by at least 50% the following day! I later found out that the ingredients are well-known to help with this, but the cookie itself was a treat I enjoyed long before I was a parent, as it鈥檚 simply tasty for everyone! The extra bit of love on top of the cup is always a bonus.

Love visiting Calabash for quality tea and snacks, and especially enjoy their iced offerings in summertime. The space inside is beautiful and comfortable and the staff are kind and caring. My favorite neighborhood spot to take my young daughter!
Have been a couple times and most recently ordered some teas online. Always pleased with the product and customer service!
I love everything about this place. It's a secret gem in the community where you'll fell truly cared for. The teas are supreme, tailored to balance & satisfy your needs. I stop by for a quick bite and refreshments with friends who visit and it's a highlight of their trip to DC. I can't say enough about this homegrown treasure 馃挌
