Boot Texan Kitchen

<div><strong>&nbsp;</strong></div><div>Boot Texan Kitchen was started in 2020 during the pandemic my husband and I were furloughed from our corporate jobs and decided to use the time to inspire others and create a sense of hope. We provided free meals to essential workers and first responders included the community and spread a message of hope and unity during one of the the most difficult times in our history. People loved the food and we took a leaf of faith to open a restaurant. Our food customer service and commitment to our community gained the attention of the Readers Digest and we were featured as one of the Top Ten Nicest Places in America. After this recognition we were featured on the Kelly Clarkson show where we received a $10k donation from HEB, we were guest chefs with the Food Network star Aaron May where we hosted a private celebrity event for Nascar Formula One, we established a relationship with the Houston Food Bank through their community kitchen program and was invited as a Guest Speaker for their private and public donors ball. We received mentorship from Restaurant Mogul Micheal Cordua and have had the privilege of exclusive vendor opportunities for Mayor Sylvester Turner, Commisioner Adrian Garcia and NRG Reliant.&nbsp;</div>
