Let me start off saying that I've eaten here many times before and wasn't disappointed, until recently.
I ordered a bbq chicken dinner, including adding a large Mac and cheese but once I got home noticed that my Mac and cheese wasn't in the bag. I called Big Daddys to inform them of the situation and see if this problem would get corrected. They have new staff members present and a young lady that answered the phone told me, more than once, that she put my Mac and cheese in the bag herself and treated the issue as if I were lying, then hung up on me. Needless to say, because of this, I or my family will not be returning due to poor customer service, in addition, the bbq chicken (which is normally so tender that it almost melts in your mouth) was tough and stringy. I have spent too much money in this business to receive such poor treatment. A pure shame.
