333 Lounge

I have been here twice. The first time was for a celebration of my own. I booked a table for about 15 people for brunch on a Sunday and specifically asked if they would be playing Reggae and Soca because that’s all I wanted to hear. When I arrived for my reservation it took about 30 mins for them to get a table ready with no apology. Service was super slow to the point it took about another 45 mins just for drinks. I was ready to leave but then finally our food came out and it was their saving grace. Not to mention the whole time there they were doing Karaoke something I specifically asked about because I didn’t want to hear drunk people singing. I was embarrassed and upset. 3 years go by and I decide to give it another try. It was Halloween weekend and they weren’t busy. Again service was even slower. The menu changed but the food was decent. I enjoyed the jerk chicken nachos but don’t care for the jerk chicken lasagna at all. Once we were finished eating & asked for the check, it took 25 mins for the check to where I got up and tried to pay at the bar. The same waitress asked if I’m trying to pay. I said yes, I asked for the check a while ago. Service overall isn’t the best but the food is decent. We didn’t get drinks this time so I can’t rate that. I would rather spend my money and time elsewhere.
